Peter Bordes

Peter A. Bordes, Jr. is a founder, CEO, and chairman of the board of MediaTrust, Inc. Prior to MediaTrust, Mr. Bordes spent much of his career in banking and venture capital and was founder of Mason Cabot investment bank, which specialized in early stage media and technology financing. Mr. Bordes was also a founder and chairman of the board of Empire Media, Inc., a publishing, marketing, and technology enterprise based in New York. Empire Media incubated and founded www.find.com — the first “True Business Search” engine, and Advaliant (www.advaliant.com), an online performance marketing advertising network.

Currently Mr. Bordes is an investor and board member of LiquidXS, a profitable B2B company that liquidates excess inventories of high-end consumer goods. He serves on the boards of or is an advisor to a number of traditional, new media, and technology companies, such as Mode 11, an interactive broadcast technology company; Northstar Software, an enterprise asset management software solution; and www.jiwire.com, an online hotspot directory. Mr. Bordes is also an owner and chairman of the board of Roomlinx, Inc. (RMLX: OTCBB) A Wi-Fi high-speed wireless, broadband, and VOIP provider for the hospitality industry.

Trip Foster

A veteran marketer of software and technology, Mr. Foster joins MediaTrust with more than a decade of experience in both media and technology. Most recently, Mr. Foster served as vice president, marketing and client services at Intellibank, an online customer relationship management software provider. Mr. Foster has also served as vice president of marketing at Net Exchange, a pioneer of marketplace optimization software used by Schneider Logistics, Sears Logistics, State Street Bank, and the Department of Defense. Additionally, Mr. Foster was one of the original entrepreneurs at CheMatch, an online chemicals marketplace. Mr. Foster has also previously worked for agencies such as McCann-Erickson and The Ad Store, serving clients including Sony, Visa, Coca-Cola, Salomon North America, and Vail Resorts.

Dr. Augustine Fou

Dr. Augustine Fou is Chief Strategist of Marketing Science Consulting Group, Inc. a New York-based management consulting firm, specializing in consumer insights research, marketing strategy, and tech innovation. Dr. Fou brings over 12 years of experience in internet strategy consulting which combines a deep knowledge of technology, business strategy, and marketing. Dr. Fou is a frequent invited speaker at industry conferences, including the Marketing Metrics Council.

Dr. Fou’s clients have included IBM, Kodak, Johnson & Johnson, Victoria’s Secret, Gouvernement du Quebec, Dr Pepper, Revlon, Pepsi, KFC, Conde Nast, and many others. Dr. Fou has served as expert witness to the Federal Reserve Bank of NY and other government agencies. Dr. Fou was a former McKinsey consultant and holds a PhD from MIT.

David Taber

David Taber is the CEO of a silicon-valley consultancy providing interim VP Marketing services for emerging companies in Eastern Europe, Western Europe, the US, and India. David has 25 years of technology marketing and engineering experience. Most of his career has been in B2B marketing for new-product divisions of companies such as Sun Microsystems, Sybase, and ILOG. David has built dozens of web and ecommerce sites, and has been using Google Adwords for over five years. He currently teaches at the University of California extension, and writes two monthly colunms.

Scott Parent

Scott Parent is the VP of Emerging Media and Strategy at MediaTrust. Mr. Parent has been involved in the online media space for the last eight years with expertise in podcasting, streaming, blogging, content creation and production, and social community building. Parent currently produces the popular weekly podcast, American Cliche, as part of Adam Curry’s Mevio network - it enjoyed a year-long run on Sirius Satellite Radio. He was also the founder of 8BallRadio, a pioneer in the online radio movement. Additionally, he is the executive producer of the Santa Barbara International Film Festival Podcast.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast production from Franklin Pierce College and a master’s degree in administration, training, and policy studies from Boston University.

Carsten Cumbrowski

Carsten is an entrepreneur with over six years of experience in Internet marketing, specifically affiliate marketing and SEO, with several years of experience with PPC, email marketing and web analytics. His background is business and IT consulting and support, where he functioned as the translator between the business and IT departments. His education was also focused on business and IT. Today he works as a writer and blogger, focusing on Internet marketing, and an affiliate marketing evangelist.

Christopher Smith

Christopher Smith is the VP of Digital Media Marketing and the Creative Director at MediaTrust. He is also the “face” of the Relevantly Speaking podcasts. Christopher has held a variety of key positions at design agencies before coming to MediaTrust, including frog design, Web Associates and HP. His clients have included some of the most innovative companies in the world, such as Apple, Philips, Cadence, Rambus, Beam Wine Estates and Intel.

With a broad range of interests and expertise, Christopher’s influence as a thought leader continues to find an audience though the use of social media. He has written for numerous blogs, magazines and other online and offline channels. He can be followed on Twitter.
